We want you to love your Dockers favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 60 days of purchase for most items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered or removed before dropping it off at a carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
